Refund Policy

We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if it does not meet your expectations or if you change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it for a full refund. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds for returns made after this 30-day period.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition with the SKU tag still attached. If the tag has detached, please ensure it is included within the parcel. Items received without tags will not be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, kindly use our Returns Portal by clicking on the link provided in your order confirmation email. You will need to supply your order number and email address.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and send you a notification email to confirm receipt. During peak periods, this process may take up to 7 days.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. For orders placed using both Thrift+ credit and a credit card, the refund allocation will depend on the refund amount and the portion covered by each payment method initially used.
